Iāve got to be honest. The last few weeks have been hard! Are you feeling it? Too much. Too long. Too fast. If youāre running at a pace that is not sustainable and not serving you (or those who are around you:), it may be time to create a little white space, so you can reset your Northstar. In other words, give yourself permission to have a little white space to pause, reflect and plan how youād like to feel the second half of the year.Ā
To set ourselves (and our teams) up for a productive and profitable Q3 and Q4, letās have a half-year course correction to make sure weāre running in the right direction AND at a pace thatās sustainable. Remember, itās a marathon, not a sprint, so letās make sure no one has to mentally or physically pull out of the race in the second half of the year.Ā

Itās Spring (finally!), and itās possible that itās time for a new beginning, a shift. Maybe itās a shift in your morning routine, how much you commit to speaking up, the intent that you go after a raise, promotion or the recognition that youāre yearning for. Maybe itās a big shift in terms of how you lead, where you lead or in what capacity.Ā
Is it time to DE-CIDE?
Phonetically speaking, "de" means "of" and "cide" means, well "death." When you DE-CIDE, itās the death of any other option.Ā
Oftentimes gaining pure clarity is the hardest part.Ā
Why?
Simply put, we have a lot of baggage, past experiences, past influences and stories we tell ourselves which gets in the way of our next best move.Ā
The good news is that there is a process to get clear, so we can shift, take action and get back on track to the best version of us as well as feel the joy that comes along with it.Ā
