  • The most important piece of being able to keep people productive is making sure that they understand that it's possible to be flexible.
  • It’s important to throw in some fun activities in weekly meetings and calls to keep morale high and to destress.
  • For products, It's essential to be realistic and flexible, about what our deadlines are, when we can deliver things.
