Our mission is simple: we are a coaching, training, and enterprise digital learning company that exists to unlock the human potential and power of female leaders and emerging leaders because we believe that women’s voices around the world must be heard, valued, and respected for our workplaces and the world to be as productive, profitable, and peaceful as possible.

My Story 

I’ve been a featured guest on various national panels, podcasts, radio shows and as a Thrive Global Journal contributor. Most recently, I moderated a High Performance Leadership panel at Microsoft’s Women in Cloud Summit, and I also opened the Women of Silicon Valley Conference and delivered a standing-room only workshop.

My book, “ZONED IN: The Mental Toughness Required for a World-Class YOU” received honors as an Amazon #1 Best-Seller in Education/Leadership.

I’m also committed to giving back, most notably by teaching workshops for several non-profits, including: Monica Nyiraguhabwa’s Girl Up Initiative Uganda, Reshma Saujani’s Girls Who Code, Dan Cardiff’s Rally4Reading, and by speaking and serving as an ambassador for Jim Ziolkowski’s BuildOn.

When not sitting on panels, speaking, or coaching, I enjoy watching my kids and clients compete, running with my black lab Kona, and just about anything outdoors with my husband, Scott.
