Mental Toughness Academy and A Teen's Guide to Mental Toughness 

"Mental Toughness Academy" and "A Teen's Guide to Mental Toughness" are not intended to diagnose an/or treat any type of illness or psychopathology. The content in this course or in any program offered by The Zone Lab, LLC are performance based and for personal development purposes only. They are not accredited by any academic institution. No program under the Zone Lab, LLC name is meant nor does it claim to be any type of diagnostic tool or advice for any type of mental disorder. A mental health professional should be consulted if your teen needs help with any type of mental disorder or anything related to a mental health issue. Results are not guaranteed. Progress is based on the amount of effort put into the coursework, as well as individual work put into a teen's sport or school. The in-person work with Sheryl Kline, M.A. CHPC and The Zone Lab, LLC and/or going through any of the courses through The Zone Lab, LLC is to provide a framework for Mental Toughness, so teens can learn how to plan and achieve their best. Working with Sheryl or utilizing any of the programs offered by The Zone Lab, LLC are not, however, a guarantee of results.
