I want to assure you, that the "7-Day Mental Toughness Challenge" is not going to be super complicated. It's going to be simple, and you get to do it with a friend, if you chose to do so.

Each day, you are going to receive an email and a video that's going to challenge you, one way to be Mentally Tough. You're going to record what you do on a worksheet and share it with your challenge partner each day. Keep in mind, you can do this solo if you want to, but I highly recommend you rope someone in for the week! You will be doing yourself AND them a favor:).
