Sheryl is a wife, mother, Mental Toughness and Certified High Performance Coach™, best-selling author, speaker, facilitator and moderator. She is the CEO and Founder of The Zone Lab, LLC, and her area of expertise is Mental Toughness and Sustainable High Performance. In an effort help companies and organizations further develop sustainable and profitable change agents, Sheryl created the “Limitless Leader” program… the ONLY step-by-step coaching system specifically for ambitious, heart-centered female leaders, emerging leaders and male allies to go from feeling silenced, stuck or overlooked to being a Limitless Leaders who are heard, supported and recognized. For the last 25 years, Sheryl has been working with business professionals and world-class athletes to help them master their mindset and influence, so they can speak up, be heard and unlock their next level of impact, consistently and sustainably. She has also sat on and moderated panels, and conducted local and global workshops for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Google Ventures, Autodesk, Microsoft, Capital One, Pixar, Jabra, State Street Global Advisors, pSemi, VMware, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, UC Davis, UPWARD, International Association of Women, SHRM and Bank of America to name a few. In addition, Sheryl is the moderator of the “Limitless Leader LIVE” podcast on LinkedIn, and has been a featured guest on various other national podcasts and radio shows. She’s also a Thrive Global Journal and ForbesWomen contributor. Sheryl has moderated a High Performance Leadership panel at Microsoft’s Women in Cloud Summit 2020, opened the 2019 Women of Silicon Valley Conference and delivered a standing room only workshop. Her book, “ZONED IN: The Mental Toughness Required for a World-Class YOU” recently received honors as an Amazon #1 Best-Seller in Education/Leadership. Sheryl is also committed to giving back, most notably by teaching workshops for several non-profits, including: Kimberly Bryant’s Black Girls Code, Reshma Saujani’s Girls Who Code, Dan Cardiff’s Rally4Reading, Monica Nyiraguhabwa Girl Up Initiative Uganda and by speaking and serving as an ambassador for Jim Ziolkowski’s BuildOn. When not sitting on panels, speaking, or coaching, Sheryl enjoys running with her black lab Kona, and just about anything outdoors.
