Yes, I understand that the Mental Toughness and High Performance Coaching™ services provided by Sheryl Kline, M.A. CHPC (hereafter as “Sheryl”) or The Zone Lab, LLC. (hereafter as “The Zone Lab”) are not intended to diagnose, and/or treat any type of illness or psychopathology. The content Sheryl delivers in coaching sessions are performance-based and for personal development purposes only. Sheryl’s online course (“Mental Toughness Academy”) is not accredited by any academic institution. None of Sheryl’s programs (or under The Zone Lab name) is meant nor does it claim to be any type of diagnostic tool or advice for any type of mental disorder. A mental health professional should be consulted if you need help with any type of mental disorder or anything related to a mental health issue. Results are not guaranteed. The in-person work with Sheryl and/or going through any of the courses through The Zone Lab is to provide a framework for Mental Toughness and High Performance, so you can learn how to dream, plan and achieve your best. Working with Sheryl or utilizing any of the programs offered by The Zone Lab are not, however, a guarantee of results or future success. Information and skills taught must be practiced and utilized before positive and consistent results can be realized. Sheryl guarantees the quality of the information and the appropriateness of the designed program. If the client terminates her/his service agreement early, the Client shall pay Sheryl Kline a kill fee equal to 25% of the total fee. This payment is due no later than 5 business days of the final termination date.
